The Ken Garff Automotive Group has purchased Henry Day Ford, making it the 29th Utah dealership under the Garff banner.
“We know each other well, and our businesses complement each other perfectly,” said John Garff, CEO of Garff Enterprises, Inc., in a prepared statement. “We have no plans for a reduction in force. Instead, we see growth opportunities as we combine strengths and services of both companies to benefit our customers.”
Henry Day Ford will be renamed Ken Garff West Valley Ford. The sale, which was effective on June 1, adds to the eighth-largest group in America, according to Automotive News.
