The Collective Bargaining Agreement Between Major League Soccer and Major League Soccer Players Union is an eighty-four page legal document detailing the duties and responsibilities of both parties. The CBA lasts five years. This one was ratified in 2015; they’ll be up for a new one in 2020. During the term of the CBA, the players agree to not strike & the league agrees to no lockouts.
