The BIA Fort Duchesne Police Department says in a Facebook post that Moore, who fled on foot from its officers Sunday morning, is considered armed and dangerous, and warned people not to approach him.
“There is a very high Police presence in the area,” the post says. “Officers will be searching to get him into custody. He is not from this area originally.”
