Curt Onalfo out at LA Galaxy, Sigi Schmid in

These coaching changes in the league just don’t stop, do they? The latest victim is Curt Onalfo at LA Galaxy, who had his team averaging a mere 1.1 points per game.

That was first reported by Los Angeles Times sportswriter Kevin Baxter.

The #LAGalaxy have fired coach Curt Onalfo. Former Galaxy coach Sigi Schmid will take over, beginning with today's training session.

He’s being replaced by a face that will be familiar to Real Salt Lake fans: Sigi Schmid, longtime coach of Seattle Sounders (2009–2016), Columbus Crew (2006–2008) and — you guessed it — LA Galaxy, from 1999 to 2004.
