U.S. Soccer Calls Three URFC Members to Represent Team USA for June Friendlies at Rio Tinto Stadium in Utah, and FirstEnergy Stadium in Ohio.
SANDY, Utah (Tuesday, May 29, 2018) – Utah Royals FC DF Becky Sauerbrunn, FW Amy Rodriguez and GK Abby Smith have been called up to represent the Stars and Stripes in an international friendly against China at Rio Tinto Stadium, announced U.S. Head Coach Jill Ellis and the United States Soccer Federation. The call comes during the NWSL FIFA break and will include other league stars like Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan and Tobin Heath.
