Utah Royals: Defeating the Dash
Last Saturday, May 19, Utah Royals FC got their second win of the season against the Houston Dash at Rio Tinto Stadium. URFC dominated the game, leading in all statistical categories from possession to shots on frame. FW Erika Tymrak registered her first start for the club, as well as the game-winning goal in the 1-0 win. GK Abby Smith also earned her fourth clean sheet this year, commanding a powerful Utah defense. Head coach Laura Harvey said she was pleased with her team’s performance, but was it enough to move the squad up in the power rankings?
