A man was killed and several others were injured after a car crashed into an In-N-Out Burger on Saturday in Washington City, near St. George.
Antonio Mendoza, of Las Vegas, was one of six people inside the restaurant when a driver struck a pedestrian in the parking lot and then crashed the vehicle into the building, FOX 13 reported.
The driver accidentally accelerated rather than hitting the brake pedal after hitting the pedestrian, Washington City Police Chief Jason Williams told FOX 13.
Four people were taken by ambulance to a hospital, and three others checked themselves into the hospital, police said.
