As quickly as he came into the squad in the middle of the season, he was gone. Rowe was traded to RSL from Sporting Kansas City on August 7, 2019 in hopes of bolstering the midfield as the playoff push was just around the bend. Unfortunately, he never really got the chance to break through in a crowded position as he only saw four appearances for a total of 180 minutes with RSL.
