Head volleyball coach Dave Shondell believes off-season experience is essential to the progress of his players.
"I think it’s a valuable learning experience ... across the board," Shondell said. "They have to learn how to become good teammates with new people. They have to learn how to fight for a spot on a team with 10 or 11 other players … They get to work with different coaches that may shed some light on them that may be different than what they are used to hearing.
