One of the few good recruits that Darrell Hazell gathered in his final years is now gone from the roster. Sophomore wide receiver Terrance Landers is the latest to leave the program:
Add receiver Terrance Landers to the transfer list. Landers is headed to Arizona Western College, according to Matadors head coach Thomas Minnick.
Landers struggled academically during his freshman year, but did appear in eight games and caught three passes last season. The Ohio native missed part of spring practice due to a lack of progress in the classroom.
