Two days. Two events. Two NCAA titles for Steele Johnson. On the second day of the NCAA championships in Indianapolis Johnson took home his second NCAA title of this year's championships and 4th of his career. He posted a final score of 502.20 and best Miami's Briadam Herrera's second place score of 477.30. It was a much wider margin than yesterday's 1-meter title.
Purdue also scored points with Brandon Loschiavo, who finished 13th to score 4 points for the team championship. Purdue has 57 points in the team championship, good for 15th place.
Tomorrow Johnson is expected to make history.
