Rondale Moore named AP First Team All-American

The honors keep coming for Rondale Moore. Today he was named a First Team All-American by the Associated Press:

Officially, Rondale made it as an all-purpose player, but that is still a great honor for the true freshman. He is the 16th First Team All-American according to the Associated Press from Purdue and first since Ryan Kerrigan in 2010. The only other First Team selections by the AP since 1986 were Taylor Stubblefield in 2004 and Travis Dorsch in 2001.

Moore is one of only two freshmen on the first team, joining Syracuse kicker Andre Szmyt.
