Purdue’s Paula Reto Within Striking Distance of Olympic Medal

Because we’re a golf school!

In 2010 Paula Reto helped Purdue to its most recent team national Championship. She was one of the five golfers on the course when Purdue edged USC by one stroke to become the first “northern” school to win a National Championship.

Having conquered the Untied States, Reto is now moving on to beat the whole world. The South African was chosen to represent her country in Rio as golf returned to the Olympics for the first time in over a century. through three rounds Reto has a shot for more.

Reto currently sits in a tie for 9th place at 209 with tomorrow’s final round still to go.
