There has been a large amount of roster turnover in the early going of the off-season for the Purdue Boilermakers, and another transfer is added to the mix.
Friday morning, the school announced that former Cal Poly point guard, Abbey Ellis, has committed to Purdue. She joins former Northeastern forward, Mide Oriyomi as transfers coming to West Lafayette this upcoming season.
Ellis had a stellar two seasons for Cal Poly as she averaged 15.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game, while also being named First Team All-Big West last season. Make no mistake, she is a scoring guard that shoots it at a 36% clip from behind the arc.
