Watch out everyone, this is starting to become routine!
In the second and clearly biggest match of the Stacey Clark Classic, Purdue Volleyball soundly beat #4 Kansas in four sets, 25-21, 24-26, 25-19, 25-14. A Final Four team a year ago, Kansas had yet to play a ranked opponent this year, and clearly weren't ready for the energy level of the Boilers' team and Holloway Gymnasium.
This was a matchup the team had practiced for all week long. Kansas' Kelsie Payne is regarded as one of the top 5 players in the country, and is a key part in a very unconventional offense, much like Stanford ran when Purdue beat them on their home floor last weekend.
