After days of several players leaving via the transfer portal Purdue has added a player in Arkansas State Safety/linebacker Zac Tuinei according to his personal Twitter:
Tuinei was a true freshman this past season that did not play according to his Arkansas State bio. He played in high school at Noblesville, however, where he was a four year player for both football and baseball. He is listed as a 6’1”, 225 pounds safety/linebacker hybrid.
In baseball he was one of the top prospects in the state of Indiana, so Greg Goff could always give him a call to come play at Alexander Field, especially if he is already on a football scholarship.
