It looks like the scholarship situation at Purdue is finally settling out. For the longest time Purdue was over the limit for the coming season with several graduate transfer coming in. We were told that attrition was coming over the summer and there would be room, but I was keeping players on here until I was able to find confirmation. Last night, that confirmation came for several players I suspected were gone.
Thanks to the excellent work for Stacy Clardie at GBI we now know there are eight players that have left the program since the spring due to the “culture of competition” being established by coach Brohm:
At least eight players from the spring are no longer with the program, though only one of them likely would have been a candidate to make the two-deep in the fall (Terrance Landers).
