Impact: Spencer may be our project offensive lineman. I like that he projects as a guard, as I see him as a better run blocker than pass protection guy.
I think where he will need the biggest improvement is with his feet. The feet seem a little slow to me, but on the other hand, he does not lack any strength what so ever.
