Purdue is in no shortage of underclassmen on this roster.
In fact, there appear to be few seniors in comparison.
I have dug through the roster and I have chosen 5 freshmen that I believe will make an impact. These are players on the roster for incoming freshmen, redshirt freshmen or sophomores.
No juniors, seniors or fifth year players will be included.
- Anthony Rompf - Redshirt Freshman, 6’, 190 Pounds, Cornerback - Purdue is short at cornerback, there is no denying that. After losing a couple to the transfer portal, Purdue is essentially down to Cory Trice and often criticized Dedrick Mackey that have playing experience on Saturdays.
