Purdue’s then reserves got even thinner today, as Stacy Glardie from GBI reported that two players will miss the 2017 season due to injuries in spring football:
In post-spring interview with Jeff Brohm, he said spring produced two season-ending knee injuries: DE Chazmyn Turner, DB Brandon Shuman.

Brandon Shuman is a true sophomore from Miami that played at cornerback as a true freshman last fall. As it turns out, it is probably a good thing his redshirt was burned. He played in four games and had a single tackle, but now has his redshirt year available this season since he will miss the year.
