This game was tied 17-17 at one point. Then not only did the wheels fell off but the transmission failed, the engine dropped out, and the brakes failed. This team just drove themselves right off of a cliff. The team allowed Virginia Tech to score touchdowns on offense, defense, and special teams. It was a special kind of awful. There are really only two good things that happened all day today. The first was Danny Ezechukwu recovering a Virginia Tech fumble and lumbering nearly the entire length of the field for a touchdown. The other was the superb punting of freshman Joe Schopper.
