If there was any doubt about the Purdue Boilermakers focus following their loss to the Northwestern Wildcats, that doubt was quickly wiped away against the Iowa Hawkeyes. The Boilers opened up a 27-14 lead in the first 10 minutes of the first half and never looked back as the Boilers ended up leading by as much as 35 points on their way to an 87-68 victory. It was as efficient and effective as Purdue has looked on offense with Purdue really taking advantage of Iowa’s full court pressure and flipping the game completely on its’ head early in the second half.
