The first NLI of the day is in and Mason Gillis is now officially a Boilermaker:
Gillis is a 6’7” 220 pound power forward who plays his prep ball in the world’s largest high school gym at New Castle. 247 has him rated as a 4-star prospect and 139th nationally. ESPN also has him as a 4-star, but not in their top 100. Per Rivals he is a 4-star and 132nd nationally.
As mentioned above, he is very similar in size to Vince Edwards, who was also a four-star and was just drafted in this past NBA Draft.
