Perhaps the pivoting moment in this game when Purdue got the ball down to Wisconsin’s 1-yard line, but failed to get the touchdown. Instead, they kicked the field goal to go up two touchdowns, which Wisconsin quickly earned.
This loss was on Purdue. It was on the coaching staff making some questionable calls when they had the opportunity to score. This was on Blough and the offense making critical mistakes and poorly executing many plays. And the defense just let Wisconsin run all over them.
