Purdue: 10, Minnesota: 41

I don’t even know what to say about this game. I want to compare it to Purdue’s loss to Michigan State since that was also a road game after a win over a ranked team. But I don’t know if tonight’s game even compares to that.

Purdue entered this game double-digit favorites. Minnesota gave up over 40 points per game in conference play, fired their defensive coordinator, and yet Purdue couldn’t even get to double digits until garbage time. Purdue was out played and out coached today, and it was clearly Purdue’s worse game since Brohm began coaching at Purdue last season.
