As we have seen the last few games, depth is a major issue for Purdue. The Boilers simply do not have enough up front to stay in games in the second half. One cannot magically grow depth, either. Since Martesse Patterson continues to be suspended and Jalen Neal has been a disaster at tackle there is virtually nothing on the ends, and that led to six sacks of David Blough on Saturday. It does not look much better now, either:
