This week might be a battle of teams to see whose fanbase is most upset at them. Nebraska’s 1-4 record is built on a wealth of Scott Frost Days and the Cornhuskers have rarely looked good at all his year. Purdue is 2-3 and has lost three games in a row, two of which it probably should have won and one where it definitely did win. Both fanbases are angry and disappointed right now. This game represents a chance for the winner to be a little less angry and disappointed.
Let’s remember, it was Nebraska that whined and pushed and complained all summer so we could feel these emotions and “enjoy” college football.
