It is a new look Purdue tonight. The only exhibition game of the season takes place at 7pm as Purdue hosts Marian University. It is also the annual rite of passage as we lament BTNPlus on BTN2Go for televising the game. It is what it is, however, and it should be a rather decent test for playing an NAIA school.
Marian University is littered with a ton of Indiana kids that were good high school players here in recent years. Scott Heady, the head coach of Ryan Cline when he was at Carmel, leads the Knights.
