College Basketball Rankings February 11: Top 12 Purdue

Related Topics: Donald Trump, Duke

There was carnage in last week’s top 25. #3, #9, #10, #11 (x2), #13, #14, #16, #17, #19, and #25 all lost at least once last week. Purdue had the benefit of no midweek game and a home game to stay hot and near the top of the Big Ten race. The result is that Purdue is back in the AP top 12 for the first time since last season:

  1. Tennessee (40) 1,573
  2. Duke (24) 1,554
  3. Gonzaga 1,457
  4. Virginia 1,406
  5. Kentucky 1,330
  6. Michigan 1,253
  7. Nevada 1,230
  8. North Carolina 1,178
  9. Houston 1,022
  10. Marquette 953
  11. Michigan State 948
  12. Purdue 900
  13. Villanova 753
  14. Kansas 699
  15. Texas Tech 660
  16. Louisville 542
  17. Florida State 455
  18. Kansas State 444
  19. LSU 437
  20. Wisconsin 403
  21. Iowa 399
  22. Virginia Tech 393
  23. Iowa State 280
  24. Maryland 196
  25. Buffalo 170

Tomorrow’s game with Maryland is the only one left with a team either ranked or receiving votes, so we’re in a great spot to win a Big Ten championship.
