The plus side is that German has excellent size to be an offensive tackle. He also comes from a good program, as he helped Central Catholic win a Class A state title in high school.
The downside is that he is extremely raw. As in, he only played football one year in high school because he was more of a basketball player:
The son of two Air Force graduates, German has spent parts of his life in Oklahoma, Alaska, North Carolina, Texas and Colorado before he arrived in Lafayette last year and went to McCutcheon, where he played basketball for the Mavericks.
