Recruiting a JuCo player can be such a hit or miss proposition, especially for a team like Purdue in need of a big splash. You either get a guy who can contribute right away (think Rob Ninkovich when he came in) or you get a guy that doesn't do much and travels through the system with barely a mention (Think Corey Clements). Today's player in in year two of his two year stint and so far looks like he is trending toward the latter.
