Purdue's very small recruiting class got just a little bigger Sunday morning when Anthony Watts, a 6'5" defensive tackle prospect from Texas, committed after his official visit:
Watts is on board, but he is also on record as wanting SEC programs to come after him:
“I can play anywhere on the defensive line. The (college) coaches know this,” Watts said. “I have a high motor and I get after it on every play. I work to be quick and aggressive on every play.”
That is what probably led to him recording 10 sacks a year ago, a number Watts looks to surpass in 2015.
