Purdue has not hosted an opponent ranked in the top two naitonally since losing to Penn State in 1999. The Boilers have not beaten a top 2 opponent since beating #2 Ohio State 28-13 in 1984. The Buckeyes are really, really good and have been the class of the entire Big Ten for a while. Ross-Ade Stadium has been a strange house of horrors for them, however. Since the 2000 season Ohio State actually has a losing record in West Lafayette. Purdue is 4-3 in home games against the Buckeyes, winning in 2000, 2004, 2009, and 2011. The Buckeyes also narrowly won in 2002, before a 16-point win in 2007 and an unmerciful 56-0 beatdown in 2013.
#2 Ohio State (7-0, 4-0) at Purdue (3-3, 2-1) Game Center
