Since Purdue does not retire numbers for football it has to be tough to step into the shirt of a legend. That is where today’s player comes in as a freshman. He has to wear perhaps the most famous number in Purdue football history.

Taylor looks to be very promising as an outside receiver. At 6’5” he is an outside matchup the likes of which we have not had since Kyle Ingraham. He is a three-star prospect from Ohio that we got over Boston College, Iowa State, Louisville, Minnesota, Rutgers, West Vieginia, Syracuse, and Kentucky.
