As both URI and Providence College head into the last week of the regular season, both teams have an NCAA Tournament berth in their sights.
ESPN's college basketball 'bracketologist' Joe Lunardi has both the Rams and Friars on the bubble — listing Providence as among the last four teams to qualify, and the Rams as among the first four teams to miss the tourney.
URI travels to St. Joseph's on Wednesday and wraps up their season schedule on Saturday at home against Davidson. PC hosts DePaul on Tuesday, and travels to St. John's on Saturday. Lunardi lists the Rams with a BPI (College Basketball Power Index) of 41, and the Friars with a BPI of 53.
