Nate Watson, a 6-foot-8 forward from Alexandria, Va., committed to Providence College on Saturday night at the end of a weekend campus visit.
Watson was one of the Friars' top recruiting targets in the Class of 2017. He has been ranked in the Top-100 in his class by several scouting services and was also being recruited by Maryland, North Carolina State and Miami.
Watson, who plays at Bishop O'Connell High School in Virginia, joins 6-10 center Dajour Dickens in PC's class of recruits for next year.
