CHARLOTTE — This NCAA Tournament run is yet another quick one for the Providence College Friars.
PC could not shake off some icy offensive stretches and lost to Texas A&M Friday afternoon at the Spectrum Center, 73-69. The Friars have now gone one-and-out in four of their last five NCAA trips.
Rodney Bullock led the Friars with 22 points and Alpha Diallo added 21 but PC didn’t have enough to hold off the Aggies. The Friars shot 43 percent from the field and let A&M shoot 68 percent in a torrid second half.
Admon Gilder led A&M with 18 points.
