PROVIDENCE – Maybe the Providence Friars should just play all their games away from the Dunkin’ Donuts Center.
The Friars lost their second straight Big East game at home, this time to a tougher, grittier Seton Hall team, 81-72. The 12th ranked Friars were out-worked in the first half, out-rebounded 50-36 and couldn’t close out a valiant second half comeback.
The loss comes on the heels of a home defeat to Marquette last week.
