SOUTH KINGSTOWN — It’s not very hard to bring a large, shiny smile to Fatts Russell’s face.
All you need to do to get the University of Rhode Island junior to break into a grin that can light up all of Kingston is to mention that night in December of 2017. The Ryan Center was packed to the gills, filled with blood-thirsty Ram fans who just knew that this would finally be their time to beat the hated Providence College Friars.
“That was one of the funnest games I’ve ever been a part of,” Russell said this week.
