Providence College men’s basketball coach Ed Cooley is reportedly going to meet with Michigan athletic director Warde Manuel as part of the search for that school’s new men’s basketball coach.
The Free Press quoted a source saying that Manuel was scheduled to speak with Cooley today about the job before interviewing Miami Heat assistant and former Michigan star Juwan Howard on Tuesday. A source also said Manuel has talked with current Michigan assistants Luke Yaklich and Saddi Washington about the job.
