SOUTH KINGSTOWN --- The first Rhode Island player to win the Atlantic 10's Defensive Player of the Year honor is now the first member of the Rams to go back-to-back. Senior forward Hassan Martin claimed his second straight honor as the conference announced its postseason awards on Tuesday, one of three URI players to earn recognition after the Rams put the finishing touches on a 21-9 overall mark.
