DAYTON, OH. – Kyron Cartwright will be the first one to admit that he wasn't close to himself the last time he took the floor for the Friars.
Cartwright was coming off a whirlwind few days when he led PC into a Big East Tournament quarterfinal against Creighton last Thursday. After finding out that his grandmother had died unexpectedly on March 3, he played in a PC win over St. John's and then flew home to Los Angeles. After two days with his family, he flew back to New York to rejoin the Friars in New York.
