PROVIDENCE – It looks like Ed Cooley is indeed trying to raise the bar with the Providence College basketball program.
Fresh off a two-week run with the Pan American Games team, Cooley and his staff of Friar assistants now face crunch time on the recruiting trail and the program appears to be aiming higher than ever before. With the bulk of decisions coming over the next few months in the 2020 recruit class, PC is involved with at least a half dozen rising high school seniors who are ranked among the nation’s top 100.
