PROVIDENCE -- Providence women's basketball coach Susan Robinson Fruchtl has resigned to become athletics director at Saint Francis University in Pennsylvania, Saint Francis has announced.
“It is with a grateful heart that I am leaving Providence and going forward into a new phase of my career,” she said. “I can’t thank Father Brian Shanley, Bob Driscoll and Jill LaPoint enough for giving me the opportunity to lead the Friars four years ago.
