PROVIDENCE — After a high-level recruitment that has seen David Duke rocket up the national player rankings, the former Classical High star is set to choose a college.
Duke will decide between hometown Providence College and the Virginia Tech Hokies on Friday. In a nod to the habits of modern-day teens, he will make his decision known via social media.
Now a fifth-year senior at Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, Massachusetts, Duke has exploded in the last year into a national-level recruit. As a Journal All-Stater in 2016, Duke led the Purple to a Division One title and averaged 20.
