PROVIDENCE – The dream start to Ben Bentil’s season hit what the Friars hope is only a speed bump late in the first half Wednesday night.
The sophomore forward was rolling once again with 16 points in 16 minutes before he came down after missing a shot and rolled his ankle on a Boston College player’s foot. The injury happened just inside the two-minute mark of the half and wiped Bentil out for the remainder of the game.
