PC drops to No. 11 in latest AP basketball poll

  • The Providence College men's basketball team is No. 11 in the country, according to the weekly Associated Press poll released Monday afternoon.
    The Friars were No. 10 in the poll released a week ago. They lost at home to Xavier, which is No. 6 in this week's poll, before winning at Georgetown on Saturday night.
    Providence, which is undefeated on the road, visits DePaul on Tuesday night and hosts No. 3 Villanova on Saturday afternoon.
