Providence College captain Brian Pinho signed a two-year entry-level contract and reported to the Washington Capitals today.
Pinho, 22, finished tied for first in all-time games played at PC with 156.
A member of PC’s national championship team in 2015, he scored 39 goals and 76 assists for 115 points with the Friars.
Washington drafted Pinho in the sixth round in 2013.
The average annual value of his contract is $833,750.
