PROVIDENCE – Don’t be deceived by the numbers. While on paper Game One of the Mayor’s Cup between Providence College and Brown University at Schneider Arena on Thursday night might look like a mismatch, it probably won’t be on the ice.
So what if PC, the top-ranked team in the nation for the last five weeks and the reigning national champions, is 11-0-3 this season and hasn’t lost in 18 games (15-0-3) going back to March.
