WASHINGTON, D.C. — While he’s playing better than any point guard in college basketball, Kris Dunn wouldn’t have to search very far to find some insight on playing the position.
They say the best point guards are coaches on the floor and that’s translated to the bench at Providence College this season. Associate head coach Andre LaFleur (Northeastern), assistant coach Jeff Battle (Marshall), graduate assistant coach God Shammgod (PC) and strength coach Ken White (Vermont) were all top-flight Division I floor leaders.
